Shipping and Delivery

All prints ship worldwide. Orders over €35 ship free. Standard shipping is €4.95.

Delivery times

Each print is made to order — production takes 1–3 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times from order to door:

  • Nordics: 3–4 business days
  • UK: 3–8 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • US: 4–9 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–12 business days

These are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen around holidays or due to customs. If your order seems delayed, see the tracking section below.

How prints are produced and shipped

Every print is made to order through Gelato's global print network — 140+ print partners across 32 countries. Your order is printed as close to your delivery address as possible, which means shorter transit times and a smaller carbon footprint per order. Nothing is printed in advance or stored in a warehouse.

Where we ship

We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Countries we currently cannot ship to include Brazil, Russia, and Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

Customs and import fees

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your country's customs authority, collected on delivery, and are not included in your checkout total. NEAT has no control over these charges.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking email from the courier as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to one business day to update after shipping. For courier contact details by country, see the Track Your Order page.

If your order seems delayed or lost, check whether it's been left at a local pickup point, or contact the courier directly via your tracking link.

Haven't received your order?

A few things to check first:

  • Look for an attempted delivery card
  • Check with neighbours or family in case someone else accepted it
  • Check your mailbox — some smaller packages are delivered there
  • Contact the courier directly using the link in your tracking email
