Returns Policy

Because every print is made specifically for your order, I'm not able to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something goes wrong I'll always do my best to make it right.

Damaged in shipping

If your print arrives damaged, email me at info@neatstockholm.com within one week of receiving it. Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged item and its packaging
  • Your order ID number

I'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong item or missing items

If you received the wrong print, or something is missing from your order, send a photo of what you received to info@neatstockholm.com along with your order number and I'll sort it out.

Not happy with your print

If your print isn't what you expected, get in touch at info@neatstockholm.com and I'll do my best to help.
