The Abstracts series begins with paint on paper — hand-applied acrylic on A4, made at home in Stockholm. Not digital. Not generated. Each painting in the series is an original made by Klara Bäckström as part of an ongoing studio practice, then scanned at high resolution and scaled up for print.

This is Klara's primary creative work. Painting is what she does most and what drives the store forward — the Abstracts collection will grow gradually as new pieces are selected, scanned, and prepared for print. The originals stay with Klara. Only the print editions are available here.
