Standard shipping cost is €4.95, regardless of shipping destination.
Where do you ship?
NEAT ships posters to over 100 countries, across all continents! Delivery times might vary depending on the country, and you may be liable to pay customs fees when delivering to countries outside of the European Union.

NOTE! We are currently not shipping to Brazil, Russia or Saint Pierre and Miquelon. We apologise for any inconveniences this might cause.

Shipping times can vary depending on where you want your order to be delivered. For example:
- Nordics: 3-4 Business Days
- UK: 3-8 Business Days
- US: 4-9 Business Days

Track your order
Your tracking may take a while to update, and we usually allow up to a full business day for the tracking link to be updated with your delivery information.

Although this is rare, orders can sometimes be delayed for various reasons: if there is a backlog at the local post office, customs are slow, intense holiday seasons.

Custom Charges
Please keep in mind that duties and taxes may apply if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU. These costs are not included in the final price at checkout.
Import duties and taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address, and you will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. NEAT has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost of these charges, since these depend on the shipping destination.
Haven't received your order?
It is possible that your order has been delivered to a parcel shop or local pickup point, or that your order has been returned. Here are some steps you can take:
- Look for an attempted delivery note
- See if someone else has accepted the delivery on your behalf (family members, neighbours, colleagues etc)
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail
- Contact the shipping company handling your package directly via the link in your tracking email, or via one of the following contact routes in table of links above.
