FAQ

How long is the delivery time?

NEAT's customers get fast and reliable delivery due to local production in 32 countries. As the posters are printed on demand, delivery time includes both production and shipping time.

Standard Shipping:
3-12 Business days

Shipping times can vary depending on where you want your order to be delivered. For example:

  • Nordics: 3-4 Business Days
  • UK: 3-8 Business Days
  • US: 4-9 Business Days

 Please note that these times are estimates.

How much is the shipping cost?

NEAT offers FREE worldwide shipping for all orders over 35€ (~ 399 SEK, 30 GBP, 35 USD). 

Pretty neat, huh? 😉 

Standard shipping cost is €4.95 regardless of shipping destination. 

Can I return my poster?

If your print has been damaged during shipping, or if you for any reason you aren't happy with your print, please contact me at info@neatstockholm.com and I will help you.

How are posters packaged?

Different packaging is used depending on the size of the poster, as well as the country where the poster is produced and shipped to.

The standard packaging for posters is:
  • Flat for posters up to A4
  • Tube for posters above A4

How do you work towards sustainability?

All posters are printed on FSC-certified paper, i.e. sourced from well-managed forests.

NEAT is working with over 100 printing partners in 32 countries. Not only does this mean faster delivery, it also reduces carbon emissions as local production means the transportation distance per order is reduces by 3445 km.

All products are printed on demand to avoid excess production.

Can I cancel a placed order?

You can cancel your order any time within 2 hours of placing your order. You can do this by replying to the confirmation email you received after your order was placed. 

Please note that once 2 hours have passed, your order will be sent to print. Once your order is printed and handed over to the shipping company, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Can I add to an already placed order?

You can request to add an item within 2 hours of placing your order. You can do this by replying to the confirmation email you received after your order was placed.

Can I change my delivery adress?

You can update your delivery address at any time within 2 hours of placing your order. You can do this by replying to the confirmation email you received after your order was placed, and let me know which address I should change it to. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once your order has already been shipped. You must contact the shipping company directly with any changes via the link in your tracking email.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO box addresses, or Military Bases.

Do you deliver to my country?

NEAT delivers to over 100 countries, across all continents!

Delivery times can vary depending on country and toll fees are sometimes applied for deliveries outside of the EU.

Will I have to pay custom fees?

Please keep in mind that import duties may apply if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU. These costs are not included in the final price at checkout. 

Import duties and taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address, and you will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. NEAT has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost of these charges, since these depend on the shipping destination.
