Returns policy
NEAT does returns in case of the following:
1) Item(s) damaged due to shipping
Accidents can sometimes happen during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact me at info@neatstockholm.com within one week of receiving your order. Make sure to include the following:
- an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging

order ID number
2) Received the wrong items or missing items in your order
Have you received a different item from the one you ordered? Are there any items missing in your order? Please send a photo of the item you received to info@neatstockholm.com and I will contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.
3) Not happy with the product
If for any reason you aren't happy with your print, please contact me at info@neatstockholm.com and I will help solve the issue the best I can.
