Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Each print is made to order — once you place your order, it goes to print. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, after which it's handed to a courier.

Total estimated delivery times from order to door:

  • Nordics: 3–4 business days
  • UK: 3–8 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • US: 4–9 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–12 business days

These are estimates. Occasional delays can happen — holidays, customs, courier backlogs. If something seems off, feel free to get in touch.

How much does shipping cost?

Free worldwide shipping on all orders over €35. Standard shipping is €4.95 for orders below that.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide — over 100 countries across all continents. A full list of countries is on the Shipping and Delivery page. Note that customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.

How are prints produced?

Every print is made to order through Gelato, a global print-on-demand network with over 140 print partners in 32 countries. Your order is produced as close to your delivery address as possible, which keeps transport distances short and means faster delivery for you. Nothing is printed in advance or held in stock.

What paper do you print on?

Depending on the series, prints are produced on one of two papers:

  • 200 gsm semi-glossy paper — a heavier weight with a smooth, subtle sheen. Used for most photography and illustration prints.
  • 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper — uncoated, acid-free, and resistant to yellowing over time. Used for the Abstracts series and the NEAT x Hans Bäckström collection.

Both papers are FSC-certified, meaning they come from responsibly managed forests.

How are prints packaged?

Prints are packed flat (up to A4) or in a protective tube (larger sizes), in sturdy recyclable cardboard packaging.

Can I return my print?

If your print arrives damaged, or if something is wrong with your order, contact me at info@neatstockholm.com within one week of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo if the item is damaged. Full details on the Returns page.

Because each print is made specifically for you, I'm not able to accept returns for change of mind — but if something isn't right, I'll do my best to sort it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them — just reply to your confirmation email. Once that window has passed, your order goes to print and can't be changed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, within 2 hours of ordering — reply to your confirmation email with the updated address. After that, the order is already in production and the address can't be changed on our end. You'd need to contact the courier directly using the tracking link in your shipping notification.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Possibly, if you're outside the EU. Import duties and taxes are set by your country and collected on delivery — they're not included in the price at checkout and I have no control over them. Worth checking your local customs rules before ordering if you're unsure.

How do I track my order?
