As soon as your print ships, you'll receive a tracking email from the courier. Tracking can take up to one business day to update after the shipping notification — this is normal.
If your order seems delayed, it may be due to a courier backlog, customs processing, or a busy holiday period. Contact the courier directly via the link in your tracking email.

Haven't received your order?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received anything:
- Check for an attempted delivery card
- Ask neighbours or family if someone accepted it on your behalf
- Check your mailbox — some smaller parcels are left there
- Contact the courier directly via your tracking link
